  • PACKAGE 4

    Custom Design Package

    This package is for those who would like a specific level of contact for 30 days at minimum. Best for those who would like to intensify the level of contact and care in order to jumpstart their healing journey.

    Custom Packaging would include the following:

    -Weekly Phone contact- A phone call will be made to keep weekly contact. The call is meant to energize the client and help them remain focused on their process.

    -3 Virtual/In-Person 1 Hour Sessions- Clients will be able to have a typical session in person or virtually. During sessions you will be given more clinical support and care.

    -Tools/Process Assignments-You will be assigned daily and weekly skill building assignments.

    -Daily Text Boosts!- Text boosts are a means to help clients feel supported, even if it is brief. Text boosts are tailored for each client’s process. In addition, the text boost opens another channel for contact and support.

    Sliding Scale: $500.00-$1000.00

Q: What are your rates/fees?

A: I like to use exchange instead of rates/fees. All of my exchanges are listed above. All exchanges are on a sliding-scale. My sliding-scale is for all, as I know our financial landscape can change at any moment. If this is presenting as something that is difficult please email me.

Q: What is a Text Boost?

A: A text boost is a contact that I will make to you in order to keep you going! Weekly you will receive a ‘text boost’ that is aligned to you and the work you are doing. One of the things I notice from my work, is that there sometimes feels like an isolation when you’re ‘in the wild’ living your daily life. The goal of the ‘boost’ is to help empower, motivate, shift, encourage, etc. you in the moment. It’s nice when our are team can touch base with us. Technology makes this possible for us.

Q: How many times can we connect?

A: Depending on your package, we can meet weekly or bi-weekly. Some may prefer less contact or more, we can check in about your needs during your consult call. Life is beautiful when we can flex and bend :).

Q: What’s a sliding scale?

A: It is my belief that mental health support and treatment need to be accessible. A sliding-scale allows for a client to exchange what they can from a range. Please check in with yourself first and then exchange what you can.

Q: What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

A: Simply put, coaching is all about training the client to be their own source of support. Think of the coaching work as practice and eventually you will put the practice into use at the game!

Therapy is clinically focused and typically includes a focus on the past, present, and future. Generally the therapeutic relationship includes a focus on diagnosis.

Coaching is all about tangible learning and skill building. You hold the keys to your own healing. It is my belief that all of us can be coached to our wellness, we know what we need!

Q: Do you take insurance?

A: I currently do not take insurance.

Q: Do you meet in-person?

A: The goal is to begin having in person sessions as well as virtual sessions. Currently, I am offering virtual sessions and in-person sessions with vaccinated beings. This is due to the COVID pandemic.

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

A: It’s important that we remain flexible in our life journey. To that end, each client has the option to cancel 3 times. Once a client has canceled 3 times, a deposit is now required to book a session.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Deposits are not required unless a client has rescheduled/canceled 3 times.

Q: Do you work with all women?

A: Of course! Whether you are a cis-woman, trans-woman, or a person who identifies as woman…YOU MATTER! This work is for us all.
